Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on dried ginseng roots within 50 states in the USA or on all orders over $35.00.
• There is a shipping cost on the Ginseng Related Products (ginseng tea, ginseng candy, and ginseng drink) if the total orders is less than $35.00.
• No weekends and U.S public holidays delivery available.
• If the order is placed during the business day (Monday to Friday) before 11.30 am (EST), it will be processed and shipped in the same day otherwise in the next day.
• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or International addresses.
• We ship with USPS, First Class, and priority Mail. In most cases, boxes are delivered within 3 business days.

Ordering Policy

Cancellation or change of order

Any change of order including cancellations must be communicated to us as soon as soon possible. The item cannot be cancel or change after it has been shipped.
