Return
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund or exchange the item for another one. Please take a look at our return policies below:
- We accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unopened box with the original receipt.
- We must receive your request within 15 days of the date you received your item.
- If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
- Please contact us at info@bobginseng.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email us within 15 days of receiving your item to begin the process.
Return Shipping
To return your item for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 15 days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
